Entering a new season is always a strange experience. We witness the gradual change in craft brands‘ product designs over the course of the year and never really bat an eyelid. Their designs are a transition, as are the seasons. But why is it that practically every industry tries to keep their products in-line with the weather? I guess it’s all about society’s seasonal mentality. When the sun is blazing down, the last thing we want to craft is wintery themes. The same goes for autumnal crafting — we’re in a sort of hibernation mindset. The last thing we want to do is think about summer!
