One celebration we absolutely love here in Portland is the Mexican holiday Cinco de Mayo (May 5th). Traditionally a celebration of victory after the Battle Of Puebla in the late 1800’s, today Cinco de Mayo is more about celebrating Mexican culture and traditions.
