This week’s 4th healthy smoothie is raspberry and kale. I use frozen raspberries. However, you can use fresh raspberries and add in ice cubes to your mix. Also, like always you can adjust the recipe to fit your taste needs. Add more raspberry or take away some kale. This is your smoothie! Love it!
