DIY Topiary Centerpiece – Lia Griffith

Part 3 of my four-part Paper Wedding Crafts video series on Creativebug is ready and waiting for you to dive in! In this class, you will learn how to make a DIY topiary out of crepe paper. I am (not-so) secretly a huge fan of the show Downton Abbey, which was my inspiration for making this simple and classic craft concept. I created these topiaries with the idea of using them as the centerpieces on your guests’ tables at your wedding. In the video, you will also learn how to add table numbers or monograms hanging from the center of your DIY topiary using glitter paper. As with all of the crafts in the series, these topiaries can be used in plenty of ways other than for a wedding! You can use them as centerpieces for any special event, add a monogram to decorate a nursery, or place them on your mantel to incorporate some greenery into your living room decor.
