I’ve never really had issues sleeping. I’m one of those annoying people who falls asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow, but I’ve always paid special attention to making my bedroom somewhere serene and clear of clutter. I don’t have a TV in my room, I hardly ever even take my phone into my room and the decor is pretty much entirely white.
Another thing I have started doing recently is using a sleep spray to spritz on the pillows before I get into bed and I LOVE IT. It’s so calming and I feel like I’m getting into fresh sheets every single night.
