Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice — Maria Makes | Food & DIY Blog
Once upon a time, I made cauliflower rice at home. Let’s do a count of the dirty kitchen items I had to clean afterwards. We’ll call this the DKI count (dirty kitchen item count) I cut a head of cauliflower into small chunks (1 – knife, 2 – cutting board), resulting in bits of cauliflower all over my counters and floor (3 – counters, 4 – floor). THEN, I put it in my food processor to pulverize it into rice-sized pieces (5 – food processor). Then I microwaved it, (6 – dirty bowl). I think at that point, I made it into a cauliflower pizza crust. Final DKI count = 6. That was about 2 years ago and I never attempted it AGAIN.
