Healthy pumpkin spice smoothie recipe

I’ve gotta confess: I don’t like lattes. Sorry latte lovers! I just find them too sweet, especially if they’re flavoured, and I’m not a fan of the frothed milk that’s poured on top either. So I often feel like I’m missing out at this time of year, when everyone’s flocking to their nearest Starbucks to get the ubiquitous pumpkin spice latte. I’ve tried it, and it’s not for me I’m afraid.
