You lot know that I really strive to make as many things as possible myself – I make things homemade to get them exactly as I imagine them. I like testing recipes to get perfectly crisp apple chips, making a TV stand that fits perfectly in the corner of my living room or DIYing pompom sandals with just the right number of pompoms on. When it comes to food, I obviously also aim to cut out all the crap that we find in so many commercial products.

I have been trying to perfect my homemade granola recipe for a little while now. I wanted to make a recipe using only natural sugars because I know most of us (myself included) eat way too much refined sugar and I can’t tell you how happy I am with this last batch! It’s crunchy, chunky, healthy, sweetened only with dates and packed full of goodness.
