In summer I tend to go through a bit of a fresh juice & smoothie frenzy. I’ve been off work these last two weeks and I think I’ve had a freshly squeezed juice or smoothie every morning. I’ve been trying to make a green juice that I really enjoy for a little while now. You know, not one that you just gulp down and pretend to enjoy because it’s good for you. I’m always up for a healthy option as long as you don’t feel like you could be drinking something much better.
