On the many Whole30 Instagram feeds I follow, I often see people posting about Aidell’s Chicken & Apple Sausage. I always check the price at my grocery store, but it seems so expensive (at over $6 for a 4-pack)!
So when I found this recipe for Bruce Aidell’s Apple & Chicken Sausage (from my girl Martha), I was PUMPED to try it. I did change some things, but the fundamental flavors remain, and they turned out SO WELL! I made a double batch so I could stock my freezer, and they are sadly all gone ? Looks like I’ll have to make another batch!
