Homemade Floral Facial Toner – Only 3 Ingredients | Country Hill Cottage
ooth your skin with a homemade floral facial toner! Using a face toner in your beauty routine can help to balance the pH level of your skin, minimise pores, prevent and reduce acne, and refresh the skin. The floral toner leaves no greasy film on your skin and instead feels very lightweight and refreshing. It’s a great treatment for oily, acne-prone skin and won’t irritate sensitive skin. In this third part of my clear skin series, I share my recipe for a fragrant DIY facial toner that you can make with only three ingredients: rose water, geranium hydrosol, and aloe vera gel. Rose water is anti-inflammatory and reduces redness., In addition to having a very lovely feminine scent, germanium hydrosol regenerates and hydrates the skin by sealing moisture from the surroundings into the epidermis. And aloe vera gel helps to relieve acne inflammation and unclogs pores. I use the homemade floral facial toner as a base under my other skin care products and makeup. It’s also fantastic to freshen up in summer. I recommend keeping the toner in the fridge for the ultimate refreshment. As always, cute printable labels can be downloaded at the end of this post.
