What do you get if you mix Indian flavours with an English style roast? This amazing recipe that’s what! Juicy lemony chicken marinated with cumin, turmeric and garam masala and given a good dose of garlic, chilli and ginger for added kick. Dunked in to a rich gravy sauce and served with homemade pickle and a crunchy salad. Life doesn’t get much better than this. This recipe first aired on Channel 4 in 2011 as part of the Jamie’s Great Britain series.
